  1. Energetic and able to deal with daily life, study, or work pressure with ease, and feel less stressed.
  2. Optimistic and positive, ready to shoulder responsibilities, be strict with oneself, and lenient with others.
  3. Have strong ability to meet an emergency, and adapt to various changes of environment fast.
  4. Have resistance capacity over ordinary cold and epidemic diseases.
  5. Standard weight, balanced stature, and harmonious state of body when standing.
  6. Bright eyes and swift response without inflammations.
  7. Hair with luster, without scurf or little scurf.
  8. Clean teeth without decayed ones, toothache, and bleeding, and normal color of gums.
  9. Flexible muscle and skin, and feel relaxed when walking.
  10. Good rest and sleep.
